About EduMate
Every Ghanaian learner deserves a patient tutor
We build EduMate so that a student in Tamale gets the same quality help at 9 pm as a student with a private tutor in Accra.
Why we started
Classes are big, homework is hard, and extra lessons are expensive. Many parents want to help but don't know the new curriculum. EduMate gives every learner a tutor that explains step by step, never gets tired, and speaks their language.
What makes us different
- Made for Ghana. Built around the GES curriculum, BECE and WASSCE — with local examples, cedis and Ghanaian names.
- Parents in the loop. Study plans need a parent's approval, and families see progress in plain words.
- Works on any phone. Web, app, WhatsApp and USSD, with Mobile Money payments.
- Safe by design. The tutor stays on learning, and unsafe messages are flagged for review.
